So my CDT EF-61 were delayed ( I got the ematl the day after I bought them) anyway I emailed the place today to check status as they said they would ship today. Well they never got more B stock sets in so I am getting the A stock set!!
Now I might upgrade to the Satnet 560 xovers and just run a 2-way system.. not completely sure yet although I still might run the 3-way..
very cool.... why aren't you mounting those amps the long way? have something planned for the middle?
Nothing planned for the middle exactly, it was more if i ever wanted to swap the NINe.2 for another NINe.2x or NINe.1. Length wise will be very tight.. the NINe.2 is 12in long and the NINe.2x is 14.75in the width of the back area is 32in. so even 27in of amps is tight (plus room for cables and such. I also felt accessing the Gains and control might be a bit harder. the way they are installed will allow for easier access to the gains and RCAs if needed as that end will not be boxed off underneath.
So, I put some of the eDead V4 in today, got most the cargo area. (Pictures will follow).. I went out in the garage tonight to reinstall my cargo shade/cover, got that done and then I decided to try the V4, well I have one layer in the car, it is installed over the Raamat I had installed 2 years ago. I am thinking that the one layer of the V4 will replace the OEM green yarn looking stuff. Talking with Chris at eD he said the V4 is probably much better then the OEM stuff even at 1/2 the thickness.
Besides that I will have my amp rack over most of it and the carpet seems to fit a bit better.
I also got my 2nd NINe.2x today too..
