Flip up dvd
Hey i was thinking about buying a flip out dvd for my c5 and was curious as to what needs to be done to make the system work with the speakers already in the car. I was also wondering if anyone has ever done or heard of anyone installing the system where the cigarette lighter is insted of the normal area. I thought this would leave the air vent un blocked but i didnt know if it could be done. Any input welcome!!!

totally do-able. take a look at this thread of what others have done. it will give you an idea of whats possible. and that doesn't mean if you dont see it, its not possible. You can almost make anything work, given time and money

also, check the c5 FAQ sticky at the top for your adapter needs to hook up to the stock speakers.

you gotta make it yourself. you can get sheet abs from www.mcmaster.com or a local car audio shop. the bezel modding tutorial(s) are in the c5 faq
