Default Help with Ignition source?

I am in the middle of installing an aftermarket HU in my 2000 FRC. I connected the red wire from the HU to the yellow wire in the passenger footwell per C5 faqs but there is no power with or without ignition. Just tested the yellow wire and it is dead. Is there another ignition source around the footwell I can use?

Yes, I forgot to mention that I checked all the fuses after I tested the yellow wire.

The yellow wire is supplied by fuse #11 in the passenger footwell. Did you check the right one?
