Another iPod question...
I've got a 2007 C6 with the base stereo. The new 2008's have the iPod jacks built in. Understanding that there are SEVERAL ways to get iPod connectivity in my Vette (aftermarket HU's, add-on adapters, my teenager sitting in the passenger seat singing the songs at the top of her lungs...) I would REALLY like to keep the interior of my car looking stock. That being said, I'm not a big fan of aftermarket HU swaps.
Q: Does anyone know if it's possible to just swap out the '07 base OEM HU with an new '08 OEM HU (understanding that I'd have to get it reprogrammed for the security system)?

*If* the '08's still use the serial data bus then it should be possible. Lot of assumption there. Until the 08's are out in the wild for a bit it'll be really hard to answer questions like this, but the little bit that I've seen up front indicates that the car's data bus has NOT changed.
