Does the AVIC Z2 have an option for you to add various backgrounds (i.e. "loading" when you turn the car on...). And how do you connect to the AVIC to load on the appropriate backgrounds? What about audio... any way of changing audio or sound clips. In my father's Explorer when he pushses the volume up/down button a tone is heard to indicate the button was pressed... I would either wanna disable that, or change it to something nicer (the chime is "hard")....

Great background! I have tried repeatedly to save this as per pioneer instructions to run on my Z2 and cant get it to work. Tried instructions on Avic 411 and still cant get it to work. Disc keeps coming up unreadable.
Any chance someone could burn a copy and mail it to me in exhange for some beer money via paypal?

can someone help on burning a DVD with Nero to work with the D2. I have tried many times with no sucess. Some of the people over on the 411 site were very rude...........if someone can post in detail how to do this on a D2 unit it would be greatly appreciated....please be very specific.....on all details to do this...

If Nero doesn't work for you try downloading the trial version of Alcohol 120.

Ya know there ought to be a way to use the Ipod interface cable to down load pics??? OR maybe using an SD card in the available slot??
