Finally got started on my box. I am sure messy with the glue, that is gorilla glue that expands. Do not get on your hands, it will not come off, speaking from experience. Next I have to isolate the area of the rear fill speakers from the sub area and build the waterfall with floral foam.
Well I think I may have to copy your design. I was not planning rear speakers and planned on using a single JBL W10GTi MKII and could not think of a good layout for the sub and amps. I like your design a lot and may just put some speakers in the back even if I don't use them. How are you going to finish the box? Paint, vinyl, carpet? Keep the pictures coming!

Steve
I am going to paint it along with the plastic console trim and dash pieces like other of done. I feel it will tie the box in. Across the back I am going to put leather or faux so that when things move around it will not scratch the paint. At least that is the plan for now. Allot don't like the rear fills but I do especially when the top is off. I don't have them turned up much.

Cool deal. Keep the pictures coming so I have enough to copy from.
Since last update I have spent about 4 days trying to get it uniform and trying to get all the lines to have a flowing look. There has to be a trick of doing this faster. The next think is to put glass on the back part of the box, then to apply quick sand primer and hand sand.
I can't tell if it's addressed yet, but I hope you separated the sub's chamber from the other two drivers.
I fiberglass them separately internally before doing the outer fiberglassing.
The internal air space for the Sub is a little to to large for the specs recommended, I am going to use expandable foam to adjust.
