For that very reason, I sell DD bezels on my site.
I don't have the time to do the bezels, due to my other products I create demanding so much more of my time, and for that reason, I have searched high and low for a custom DD bezel creator that takes care of customers and creates a product that is top notch, and the turnaround time is good, and Ray always keeps in touch with our customers throughout the whole build.

You can purchase your bezel securely online here. The bezels are available in Primer, Textured, and Painted finished. All 3 are available by clicking the link above.

May I remind everyone that those of you who recommended other members here pertaining to their services and/or product who are non supporting vendors are in conflict with our rules.

Specifically:

Commercial posting
Supporting vendors pay for the considerable bandwidth charges on the Forum, making it free for the rest of us. In exchange, they get the privilege of using the Forum to market and promote their goods and services. Historically, we allow them to post in the generation sections and the regional sections to market and promote their products/services.

Forum members are welcome to sell a Corvette or Corvette parts they purchased for their own personal use. Anything else is considered to be a commercial sale.

No links or reference to eBay sales or any other auction or sales sites, please. If the sale is appropriate for the Forum, post it on the Forum, rather than linking to it elsewhere.

Members are not prohibited from mentioning it when they have a good (or bad, for that matter) experience with a non-supporting vendor. But such mentions cannot be so specific (address, phone number, e-mail address, URL, price, part number, etc.) and so frequent that they become marketing and promotional references.

Only supporting vendors can post Group Purchase threads.

Members can include a mention of their personal businesses in their signatures so long as the enterprise does not compete with an existing supporting vendor, is not Corvette-related and is not so detailed or so frequently appended to their posts that it becomes inappropriate marketing and promotion.

You are more than welcome to promote products from supporting vendors, such as Madvette Motorsport. Anything else is considered a violation of the rules here.

If you want to talk amongst yourselves regarding products offered by non supporting vendor/members take it off line via email.

Thanks for your cooperation.

If I was to purchase one of these, do I have to move the HVAC controls? If so, what all is involved in that?

Yes, the HVAC controls get moved, but the new bezel comes with complete instructions on moving them down... not really too hard of a mod to do.

The HVAC gets moved down some to make room for the larger radio. It gets repositioned and new holes drilled to mount it not to difficult to do with basic tools.

Default DD bezel

Razor is the man. He did the bezel in my car and couldn't be happier. Ray was awesome to deal with he sent me progress pictures and had it to me when he said he would. He is a stand up guy and is very concerned about his customers being happy.
