I've been planning on replacing the stock sound system in my car, and was wondering if this setup would work.
Head Unit: still deciding
Front speakers: Focal 165VR
Rear speakers: None
Subwoofer: one IDQ10v3 (I'm not sure which one I would need, D2 or D4?)
Amp: Xtant 604x (old school)
Amp specs from manual:
Frequency Response: 5 Hz to 50 kHz +/– 1 dB
Number of Channels: 4
Watts per Channel @ 4Ω: 4 x 75
Watts per Channel @ 2Ω: 4 x 150
Bridged Mono @ 4Ω: 2 x 300
Recommended Load: >2Ω Stereo / >4Ω Bridged
Question: When it says "Bridged Mono @ 4Ω: 2 x 300" Does that mean only 2 of the channels are bridged mono @ 4Ω producing 300W RMS...and leaving the 2 other channels stereo? If so, how much power would the stereo channels have?
