Default Single/Double chamber stealth box?

I'm planning on building a stealth box for my '99 FRC. The box will accomodate a pair of JL Audio 8W1v2-4 subs, and will be powered with a JL Audio 300/4 amp bridged to two channels (150x2@4Ohms).

JL Audio 8W1v2-4 Specs

Reccommended Sealed Enclosure Volume: 0.375 ft³ (net int.)

TS parameters:

F3 (Hz) 52.5
Fc (Hz) 57.4
Qtc 0.78
FS (Hz) 34.55
Qes 0.508
QMS 6.260
Qts 0.47
Vas 0.66

My question is: Will it sound better with a board dividing the box into two chambers? Or should I leave it as a single volume? I'm leaning towards dividing it into two, but would welcome comments either way.

SQ has a higher priority than db & I'm hoping for improved transient response with the 8"..

Also, I believe that the 8W1v2-4 is the best 8" sub for my application, but if anyone has any comments on this, feel free to speak up...

Thanks!
