The only signal coming out of the stock HU is line level, the bose amps are needed if you want to hear anything.
If you really want to try out your new speakers you can splice them into the wires that feed the stock twiddlers, but you will lose most of your low end bass since that part of the signal isn't present at the wires feeding the twiddlers, and if I read everything right you'll be removing the door subs to install the new speakers.
I think I'd wait until you had your aftermarket amp (full signal, even from the OEM HU) before installing the new speakers.
