Default Eclipse 6620 review detailed

Ive been in the car audio stuff for years im nowhere near the pros but i can tell a difference between stuff

In the vette i previously had (pioneer d3,cdt eurosport 3 ways, elemental designs amps and jl audio w7)

the setup was fine but i felt like i can get more out of it first i know pioneers are good headunits but only a few the d3 wasnt one of them for sq on the other side the z2 accualy sounds alot better i have it in the fx truck.

so i sold the d3 and i dont use the ipod or bluetooth etc so i got the eclipse 6620 because i know its a great sounding unit since i had the 6610 in the fx truck before.

also the cdt 3 way components werent doing any good based on the locations they sit in inside the vette and the cross overs kept blowing so i sold those too

as a replacement i got the alpine spx 17pro based on the things i read about it they should sound great and you have great adjustibility with the crossovers on them

yestarday i only installed the eclipse and ran it with my stock speakers in the rear and my sub i noticed a difference in sound quality right away my base was louder it blended with my cheapo stockers in the back which never happened before and now i will just install the front spx-17pro`s and let you guys know how that goes hopefully i will be just as happy with them

im planning on placing the tweeters on the a pillars by the windshield because i dont want to fiberglass anything and i cant have the tweeters in the door panels.

if anyone has any questions please ask ill answer
