You'd probably get a better response in the audio section...
You need to have the Bose system in order to use the factory NAV. Since you already have Bose, yes it will work. You will also be required to take your car to the dealer or to someone with a TECH II programmer to "marry" the NAV to the car. New NAV units are 2100.00 and used ones can be had for 600-800 bucks.
IMHO you'd be better off with an aftermarket head unit with NAV. Cheaper, sounds better with more features.
