While gathering up parts for a stereo system install for my '67 Vette I ordered on line Stinger terminals, but they were in stock, for my power to the amps and ground wires from "Dealer Cost Car Audio in CA. Placed the order on 12/22, requested basic shipping. Figuring this stuff comes from CA to MD in a week. Kept working on installation and getting to the point of needing the major terminal connector this week so I called. Its's now two weeks after the online order was placed and asked, where are my terminal connectors. The company had not put the order in, even though I had an e-mail reciept. Then they said, "sorry for the delay", "thank you for your patience", bla, bla bla! I cancelled the order and said that I would NOT ever do business with them in the future. I bought them in my immediate area, and yes, I did have to pay more, but I have them in my hands right now. If you place an order, ask a lot of questions to get a confirmation that the item actually ships. Dennis

sorry, I was venting and kind of highjacked. It was improper. I should have posted on one of the madvette threads with all the others that are dissatisfied.

Props to the Op for cancelling the order. Help the rest of us to avoid the poor sellers.

Update
The company shipped the terminals anyway. They showed up yesterday 1/13. I have tried to contact Dealercostcaraudio by phone, it's a joke. You will NEVER get a live person, only a message to contact them via e-mail. The items showed up in a cut down used box and I returned it to UPS for shipment back. I have now sent another e-mail requesting resolution....film at eleven! This is adding up to a real CRAP company. Dennis

I ordered some parts from this company as well and they never sent my products or refunded my money. I had to file a Better Business Bureau claim against them. After 2 weeks and not sending out my product they wanted to tell me that it is now on back order. It took them another 4 weeks to refund my money. Only after BBB in CA go involved.
