bluetooth and aftermarket head unit

Is there any way to keep my bluetooth stearing wheel controls if I add either a kenwood or pioneer GPS head unit. I have a 09' with the regular radio not bose.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

At present time, not that anyone on this forum is aware of

Having said that, I wouldn't mind seeing the bluetooth and regular steering wheel button schematics out of an '09 or '10 service manual so I could compare them to my '07 prints
