C6 speaker replacement
What will fit in the doors? I want to rip out the crap in there now. I have a Sony 50x4 amp I will be using (I might add a sub at some point down the road).
Recommendations are appreciated.

Most common in the doors is a 6.5" component set on special made or DIY mounting plates. If you keep the oem subs you can replace the twiddler with a 3.5" 2-way.
Rears are 5.25".
What you get depends on your budget. Not counting the HU, my speakers/amp/sub/box only cost me $500 (see sig).
If you remove the oem door subs you almost have to add a real sub in the back. It just doesn't have any lows with only the 6" aftermarket speaker.

Well, I'm trying to keep it a reasonable cost and I already have the Sony 50x4 amp I can use.

You could do a 6.5" component like this up front on ch 1&2, then bridge ch 3&4 to an 8" DIY sub in one of the rear tubs. If you want to keep the rear speakers functional you could still use the stock amp for them. That can be done for about $300.
