Ahh, I am having flashbacks of Commercial Law. On this point you have a valid point - if they picked out the parts then you assumed that they are experts and therefore it should work (for a while). On the previous post, it is true that the system did survive for over a year.
Did all four blow at one time? I am wondering if you had raised a flag when the first one blew, then maybe a different result could have been reached.
All four of them blew at the same time. I'd downloaded some new songs, went for a drive with the stereo cranked as I usually do, and BOOM, most of the sound gone.

Then, I think (not that anyone cares what I think) you have a valid argument. You trusted their knowledge as experts to choose parts of a car stereo (which they sold you) that would last for longer than a year and a half, and the parts obviously were not paired together correctly.
Your argument is with their knowledge (business practice) not the part itself. A reasonable person would assume that an aftermarket car stereo, that was picked out by an expert in the field, would last longer than a year and a half.

Exactly, and what has me so pissed off if their not accepting the fault in this. They picked out the equipment. They installed the equipment. They adjusted the settings on the equipment. I don't see how any of that would be my fault other than trusting a niche company to actually have a clue what they're doing.
Just to give this some closure, although I would still advise people stay as far the hell away from CarToys as they can get, I have a pair of 6.5" Arc Audio speakers on the way from Double D that should be delivered today. I'll be pulling out (and selling) the custom dual-5.25" surrounds in the doors currently and installing the new speakers as soon as they arrive.
Dennis has graciously offered to walk me through the component hook-up and adjustments to the amp/head unit settings to achieve maximum effect. The new speakers have the same 75w RMS as the amp puts out so I don't have to worry about them blowing out on me as the Infinity speakers did.
