Sub/amp install is killing me
I attempted to install a ken wood excell amp and sub in my 07..I have power coming to the amp because that turns on but nothing from the sub..I added a line connector to hook into the bose system amp for the rca to go too..and still got nothing I had to wire that into the speaker outputs on the harness

Based on your post in C6 Tech...
Pins B7-B10 are already a low level signal, they should go straight to the amp RCA inputs, not a line-level converter.
Also FYI, if you're tapping wires at the amp plug, the white wire at B11 is the amp turn on trigger.
And also make sure that you have the amp input set to LPF.

So I figured it out I had to rca jacks flipped around somehow I don't know how that slipped passed me but the only thing now is where do I hook the switch wire? What can I tap into that already goes on and off with the car?
