300w into a 10w3v3 and a possible 150w into Focal components should sound pretty sweet

Do you have an enclosure for it or just the sub? If you do not have an enclosure -Look to Dennis at DD for either a custom or a Stealthbox. Either way you go-that man is a wealth of knowledge and willing to help anyone.
You want to bridge channel 3 & 4. It would probably + on 3 and - on 4.

On HU setup, set front output to HPF on with cutoff of 100 Hz (can be adjusted later if needed), set sub output LPF to 100 Hz.

On amp, adjust *****/switches to...

Rears: LP, 12, half way between 80-250, all the way down, low

General: 4, rear, f+r

Fronts: low, all the way down, 80, 12, HP

Connect front left & right speaker outputs to inputs on passive crossovers.

Use rear/left (+) and rear/right (-) speaker terminals to feed a 4ohm sub... single coil is easy (+ to + and - to -), if dual coil 2 ohm sub then connect amp + to sub1 +, sub1 - to sub 2 +, and sub2 - to amp -

Once everything is connected you can adjust the Input Sens *****. Start with a 50Hz tone. Set radio to 75% of max output volume and play the tone on repeat. Turn up amp rear gain **** until sub clips (it will be obvious on the sub, it goes from a smooth rumble to a nasty farting sound), once you hear the clipping turn **** back down until it stops. Note the location and turn it back to 0. If HU has a sub polarity adjustment you can play with it to see what sounds better, but if all wires are connected properly it is usually better when off or normal.

For the fronts you can play 500/1000/2500Hz tones and find the max safe level (2500 may be higher than 500, set to the lower limit), or just use music that has a full sound. Do the same adjustments as with sub, but leave gain **** in proper position.

Turn radio volume down to comfortable listening level, adjust sub gain up to max safe level from sub test. Now listen to the music, if you're lucky it will blend properly, if not turn down the one that is overpowering the other (make sure you don't go above predetermined max safe gain level from earlier tests, that's how speakers get blown when you crank it up).
hey mark thanks for your help!! I did have a question on this setting? half way between 80-250 for rear? 120 would be the setting?

I like to use the HU settings for the cutoff points so you can adjust it while driving if you really want to, and the amp **** numbers generally aren't as accurate so I'll make sure they're set high enough to allow the HU some adjustment.

I'd like to see ya have more power to the sub to be honest.
Now where are your gains set? Check the HU settings first. You want to make sure you have the HP/LP filtering set correctly. Work on one set of speakers at a time to narrow it down

No. Sub outputs is fine. Rears could be used for fill . Temp bridge the front on one channel. before that turn the gain up some see how she sounds from there. Not to sound like an *** but check to make "sub" is turned on in the HU
