I need help
The GPS radio in my 2009 Vette took a dump, I think.The radio and the disc player in the radio work great. My problem is I turned on the GPS and I received a box with the message Install the GPS disc. The disc is in the radio the radio isn't reading the disc.I put another GPS disc into the radio and I received the same message.Yes,its in the correct slot.This happened suddenly. I used it a couple of days ago and it worked just fine.Does anyone have a clue on how to resolve this problem?I use my GPS all the time and I am really lost without it. Also I looked at the GM parts web site and I found about 6 different radios for my car.How can I tell which radio I have in my car?The pictures all look alike. Thanks for any help.Rod

Can't help with the error message 
Best way to get the exact same radio would be to pull it out and check the part number sticker. However, you can install a newer radio with the aux input port if you want to.

Thank you for the input.I found a company near my home that repairs my radio for a fraction of the price of a new radio. They remove and repair the radio in 2 days.I got lucky.Really a bunch of techs that know what they are doing.
