Question about c6 factory nav unit

Question about c6 factory nav unit
hi there. Since I’m reading the factory head unit only has one input which is used for nav, would it be possible to unplug the nav so i can have a back up camera instead? I’m guessing no but don’t have a clue.

I don't think that would work, so i'm going to say no. But you could do like many of us have done and go with an aftermarket headunit and bring your car into 2018 and also add a backup camera.
The C6 Corvette, IMO, is one of those cars that replacing the headunit with an aftermarket unit is a must do mod. The car is basically begging for an aftermarket radio. Also fairly simple as far as installs go and it does not look odd or out of place either. You will be replacing the Atari style graphics of your OEM unit with a modern display while also adding a bunch of other features like bluetooth streaming, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, backup camera, optional front camera, etc., etc..
