What order to upgrade?

What order to upgrade?
I have budget constraints.
Should I add a sub/sub amp first, or a HU and front speakers? I would initially use the HU amp and upgrade later to a separate 4-ch amp (and THEN add a sub/amp)
I am a little afraid that if I add the HU and front speakers first I will lose the low end (most of the components I have looked at bottom out at 45-60Hz).
Opinions?

If seperately is the only option, go for sub/amp first. Just make sure to install adequate enough wiring to allow for future expansion :auto:
