Yes, there were some hurdles, but thanks to Crutchfield tech support, countless YouTube videos, and so many of you out here, I did it!!
Scroll through the pictures and see some of the things I did.. .
1. Getting my console all back together!
2. Hidden Placement of front camera, and running the wire into the cabin without having to drill through the firewall (search YouTube for Curb Alert Installation...got some good tips from it)
3. Installing the rear camera.. I didn't center it purposely, as I did not want to block the key or button access (so I really couldn't use a license plate bracket)... With the wide angle of the Boyo VTK601HD cameras, off center mounting wasn't a problem).
4. Placement of microphone up by the rear view mirror..preferred this location to the A pillar...
5. USB port mounted in ash tray, from head unit for quick charge and USB file play..

Looks good I think mounting the mic by the rear view mirror is fine on a coupe, but on a vert, I think the “A” pillar by the stock mic is a better location.

I'll be interested to see how well the mic works with the targa top off ...I would assume bad in either the A pillar or rear view mirror areas..
(of course now it is so dang hot, the roof is staying on for awhile, so it may be awhile before I can test it out)

Well I think they put the stock mic on the “A” pillar for a reason.
