I now have received all my audio equipment from CBRSTEREO and SOUNDDOMAIN. I received everthing in perfect condition and when they said it would arrive. UPS wasn't very organized, one box was miss directed, had to wait an extra day. The equipment: Alpine CDA-7897 - CDT HD52 and MS80
and a usx 4085 amp. I bought a amp install kit from Wal-Mart, but will use MonsterWire for RCA cables and speaker wiring.
I'm undecided on what parts to buy to mount the Alpine ? Anyone have Info on which parts seem to be the best to use on a '92 coupe. Also is there a link to a site which will tell me the color codes on the wiring harness.
I don't own a digital camera as yet ,but if I can borrow one without too much trouble I'll try doing a slide show of the install and subbox construction.
Thanks in advance for any replies !! l  Michael
Honestly, the best mounting kit I've ever seen was the one that came with my Crutchfield order. Their mounting kits are priced well, and instead of plastic like the rest, these are actually steel kits, which actually support the bottom of the radio, and just have a plastic front panel in order to match the interior. Very high quality, and affordable.
