Default Sub distortion
What can i do about it. I have two JL 10" W6 subs, one of them distorts when i turn the sound up. I don't have a deck or an amp right now so i am just running them off my stereo. With the EQ i can set all frequencies to -10 and leave 125Hz at +10, when i do this the distortion is almost gone, what could this mean?

distorting due to low power, thats my guess.
turn em down, dont expect so much out of em until youve got more power.
