Anyone have link that works that tells you how to add a factory 12 CD Changer in a 2004?

think we would give you a bad link?

It's quite easy, really... all you need is the GM changer (or is that chander?) and the cable.

The rest is a bunch of phillips and torx screws.

have fun.

really.

lots.

Rich,

all you need to do is find the two plugs in the passenger side footwell, one has 3 wires the other has 4, the changer harness plugs into these two and then you just run the harness (down the right (passenger side) side of the car to the center rear compartment, the harness just plugs into the changer.

the changer will be shipped monday.

it bolts to the rear of the center compartment.

there is another forum member who used velcro to mount the changer, he said that it's very secure.

I used self tapping screws, but a more secure way would be to use epoxy with the screws.
