Wilwood carbon ceramic front and rear brakes for c5 or c6 corvette
Hi, I'm selling the Wilwood carbon ceramic brakes that came on my c6 z06 from the previous owner. I compete in time trials and these take a couple laps to heat up, but I only have 3 laps to work with. Pads in calipers are better than 50% life and come with spare pads front and rear (this setup runs identical pads front and rear). The rotors are crazy light compared to the ap’s I replaced these with. Asking $6,500 for the full setup front and rear. Looks like these go for 18k new. Difference between c5 and c6 is the brake lines. Come with the lines I took off of my c6.

"How light is crazy light?" Good Question. I weighed the rotors today compared to my AP rotors and the results were more impressive than I expected. The Wilwood carbon ceramic front rotors weigh 9lbs each. The comparable AP rotor weighs 22 lbs. The rear wilwood rotors weigh a bit more at 10 lbs - the cooling ducts are smaller. Want to save 26 lbs of rotating weight off your front axle and probably 20 lbs rotating weight off your rear axle?
Not a buyer - so not wanting to waiste your time but very curious... what wheels did you have to use, 18" or 19? Its too bad you cant change to a different pad and use these, so unique. GLWS!
