*here is the photo. This is a metric to JIS (same as AN) adapter I got from fluid air. I got it from Fluidair-Parker part number 8M16C80MXS. It is a 16mm to -8 angle adapter. Use Fluidair.net to find your closest location. Any Parker dealer should also be able to get it. They also have 10M20F80MSX, which is an adapter for adding a diff cooler. The trans uses 1/2" npt, so it is easy to find.

This the front driver-side galley plug on all LSX engines. It has a allen plug that screws out, and this adapter easily screws in. I prefer this to using a T at the oil cooler.

Hi David, I am looking for the diff cooler fitting and could not get anywhere on the fluidair site..Do you have any more info or specs on this fitting?
Thanks,
Joe

this needs to be sticky, so I'll add it here as well

Here are Parker part numbers for connecting diff cooling lines, as well as the fitting for connecting an accusump into the side of your engine (much better than using at the oil filter block, IMHO

for the diff, 20mm to -10 10M20F8OMXS
for the oil galley, 16mm to -8 8M16C80MXS
for the trans, you can get a 1/2npt to -AN at any race shop

http://www.parker.com/tfd/cat/pdffiles/C-Triple-Lok.pdf

you need pg C16 and pg C25 for the above fittings. btw, you "s" at the end denotes steel (your only choice)

another bit of usefull info for track guys

These are more or less ALL of the Torque specs for the C5 and C6 Vettes, as well as a Diagnostic Trouble code list for the C6. C5 and all OBD cars are very similar.

Laminate and keep in your toolbox. You'll thank me someday

Default Good Deal on New Hoosiers

RS Racing is selling brand new A3S05 tires for $120 each. This is the Hoosier autocross tire. They have them in 285/18, 305/18 and 335/18. Same sizes in 17" are also available.

https://www.rsracing.com/rscatalog/a...t-discount.asp

Hoosier is offering the same deal with FREE shipping. The link is below but I can only get it to work once in a while. When I click on "Begin SHopping" it works once in a while. Might have to give them a call.

http://www.hoosiertire.com/Disclist.htm

I don't know if RS Racing is offering free shipping.

HELL of a deal if you need AX tires. I need the RS (i.e., road racing) tires or I'd be stocking up on these. Used Toyo scrubs cost $92 shipped.

I have no vested interest, just trying to help those who run AX tires.
