Australia and New Zealand are two countries I would very much like to visit...

Countries that share a birth with England have so much in common (Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, etc)...

For all AH´s and MF´s especially those rednecks (D.97), read at least the reply to the thread by Mr.OSHIRO:
In reference to Your last mail, I feel, I have to stat some things:
1. In this business I have always done my best,(in my own interest) to enhance communication and also paid fast!
2.I have always tried to remain polite, even when Your communication was delayed, poor or not existing.
3.If you send 20-30 kits per week, WHY DID Mine last 4 MONTHS??
4.) I sent you a list of missing parts-NO REPLY -now I should take photos, tell me, what makes the difference?? YOU should know, what You have packed in your parcels, but I will take /send photos ,if it´s a help.
5.) Maybe you should adjust your spam-filter ,or read the mails, I also do it, not to miss a important mail (Maybe from Mr. Oshiro??)
6.9 In the case, you depicted in your posting, concerning the reasons, why you don`t accept VISA-payment, maybe the guy had received the wrong parts and You rected, like you did it in my case- NO REACTION- then his reaction is pure self-defense!!
If this case REALLY comes to a satisfying end, i will not hesitate to post ,that everything is o.k.
It`s sad, that only my posting forced you to make an effort "to straighten things out" Regards Woess

Dear Mr. Elitist Euro Trash Idiot,

I guess Austrians are too stupid to pick up the phone and call the vendor direct to handle the situation. Ironic that an American that you have such disdain for had to handle your business for you.

Due to your insolence I for one will never buy anymore Vienna sausages.

This guy is probably having someone translate and type this for him, thus he couldn't make the obvious phone call. Once he gets (or doesn't) his parts he is going to launch a final salvo. Close him down now!

Default Missing Parts

4.) I sent you a list of missing parts-NO REPLY -now I should take photos, tell me, what makes the difference?? YOU should know, what You have packed in your parcels, but I will take /send photos ,if it´s a help.

6.9 In the case, you depicted in your posting, concerning the reasons, why you don`t accept VISA-payment, maybe the guy had received the wrong parts and You rected, like you did it in my case- NO REACTION- then his reaction is pure self-defense!!
If you only needed rotors and hubs it would be easy but there was more in that package then rotors and hubs. Such as hardware, lug studs, etc.

You can send EVERYTHING BACK for a full REFUND EXCEPT SHIPPING (upon inspection and acceptance of goods; goods must be resaleable as new; in factory boxes). Or we can resolve this by sending you ALL the correct parts upon confirmation from your photos and list.

We are only HUMAN and "shipping" did make a mistake and consigneed your goods to AUSTRALIA instead of AUSTRIA. I can not deliver the goods for UPS and things do get loss and damaged in transit. In defense of our shipping person, we ship 4-8 shipments a week to Australia and only ship 1-3 per year to Austria. Sorry for the human mistake.

In regards to the Netherlands order, he first stated not as described in his claim. Items came direct from Heidts and Air Ride, parts in their catalog and not custom parts. He then made a claim for NON-DELIVERY 10 months later. I forgot to mention that we asked for the parts to be return that was not as described for refund, even though they were selected by part number off our website and came from the manufacturers.

International people have to understand "most" manufacturers do not want to ship International they have plenty of business already in the USA, if you have called Wilwood or some of the other companies direct you already know this. In order for me to ship something international these companies have to ship it to us FIRST. We then reship it in the same boxes international. We absorb the cost to ship it to us as part of our service to international customers this includes big special order items. There is a lot of paper work involved in shipping international as you already know.

We have even received bad certified checks from internatonal orders. We can smell a fraud when someone want to pay with a credit card and wants it "next day air", this is always the case on a bad credit card. Any delivery before 30 days on a credit card on an International order is a bad risk. That is why we require a secured payment.

We like the International market and have made a lot of friends there. There is only a couple of place we will not ship to because of the high rate of fraud.

Lets move on and put this behind. Please either send the parts back or send me the info I need to ship you what you are missing. If you are only missing 2 hubs and 2 rotors the value is way below the monies we charged you.

Please email me as soon as possible.

hummmm.... As if this minute I have 126 emails in my in box and 731 in my spam folder since 7PM last night. 731 is a lot of look for a specific email. Yes, the spam folder can be adjusted by making a "Rule" (Outlook Email Option) to put email from you in my inbox, which was done the last week. Sorry.

"Austria's educational system principally dates back to the nineteenth century. Due to lack of funding and a number of problems that have been neglected to address, recent PISA student assessments demonstrated weaknesses in all subjects when compared to other OECD countries. Especially pupils who have attended Hauptschulen yielded poor test results.

The Austrian university system had been open to any student who passed the Matura examination until recently. A 2006 bill allowed the introduction of entrance exams for studies such as Medicine. Currently all students are charged a fee of about €370 per semester for all university studies. A recent OECD report critizised the Austrian education system for the low number of students attending universities and the overall low number of academics compared to other OECD countries."
Perhaps, this is why you can't take a few simple pictures and communicate properly?

Guys

CHILL!

Most Europeans I have dealt with are blunt, abrupt and sometimes over the top in their attempt to deal with envy of things beyond their control.

Although it was not possible for poor little government schooled me to follow all of the details of his tale of woe and the response of the vendor, I think that berating him isn't helpful even if a lesson in appropriate behavior seems indicated.

I think cutting him a break isn't too much of a chore. OK? I hope his problem gets resolved and he reports the outcome soon.
