Didn't recognize those #'s right off, they are the Carter #'s, right ? According to my 1972 parts book the 120 222 is correct for the secondary and the size is .063 Can't find a specific primary jet # but the size should be .086 (I believe this was Chevy part # 1346577).
Actually, I have one of those carbs (wcfb-3191-s) in my cellar, if no one else responds I could look inside it and confirm what came from the factory. Bob

The ST-12 lists the WCFB-3191-S for the 250 hp engine.
And shows the following jets & rods:
Metering rod: .069" x .042"
Primary Main Jet: .086"
Secondary Main Jet: .063"
I do not have a cross listing for the 120-165 & 120-222 jet numbers. All later model jets start with 120- either a "3" or "4" such as 120-380 or 120-413. Recommend that you obtain a "Number" drill bit set, and use the shanks (not the drill end), to actually measure the ID of those jets.
Harbor Freight has Number Drill Bit sets for like $10:

Per Coves4me in another carb post (talking about a 62 AFB):
"the secondary jets are number 120-222 (.070")"
Someone needs to actually measure the jets and rods (I do not have any of these), and compare them to the stamped numbers.
