54 Trans Problem

We'll I got the shaft off. No bolt! The shaft had slipped back about 3/4 inches and Speedo gear did not align with driven gear. Where can I score a bolt?

Someone hammered on the speedo gear and needs repair
You can take a file or a dremel and fix the end of the speedo gear
did it chew up the plastic speedo gear?

can I get you to part with the bolt and washers? The plastic driven gear did get chewed up but I have a new set of that. Just need the bolt and washers. How do we do this?
