C2 vent window regulator

I think what I need is the gear for the vent window regulator, it is stripped no doubt, my question is if I can remove the regulator from the frame and repair it without having to remove the entire assembly.

Vent regulator
Yes. If I remember correctly, there are three phillips screws that hold the regulator in place. It should be evident when you remove the door panel and water barrier. Jerry
