Need BB engine pad decoding help

Wondering what this motor came out of? Its a complete long block. A guy wants to sell it for 300.00. Looks like its a passenger motor, and in need of a rebuild. Could not make out the date code.
Only one group of numbers on the pad.
Pad #TII2ILB
Casting#3963512 it has a sideways elongated letter T underneath casting numbers.
Oval port Heads #3931063

its a 69 427/335 from a Impala that used a 3 speed tranny, and a 4 barrel carb.

I didnt see any water jacket cracks on the sides of the block, or in the valley area. I am leaning towards going back and getting it this weekend.
