I really like the look of those fenders
Do you have to widen the splash shield inside the fenders?

Awsome, thanks for posting. They look great. Looked up J&M, 1.5" over standard.

Hey fellas looking to start my restomod 2014. What size wheels tires and offset for the 345's. I'd like to run ZR1 F19X10 R20X12 to hug some 345's , but not sure the SRiii chassis supports something that big in the front.

you can do 12 inch rims in back but ya gotta get flared out fenders like I put on mine. The front you can do 9 inch with 275 tires

I think an adjacent forum said stock ZR1 20X12 and 19X10 fits but I'll make sure to speak with Mike at SRiii about the fit. I will definitely run the 1" wider Rear GTS quarters. Thanks

Do you still have the Keisler mock up case or did you have to send it back to them? I have the same setup as you and am tying to finalize the body mount thickness. What thickness body mounts did you use and how close did the SS700 come to touching the body? On mine, it looks like the exhaust pass through holes on the trans. crossmember will touch the body first, if not the trans. case itself. I just don't have the trans. to see for myself.

I still got the mock up case. I need to send it back as I FINALLY got my trans from them! Holy **** I never thought it would show up. Anyway it fit fine I used 1/2 to 3/4 spacers but the trans fit fine. I need to finish my 67 nova so I can get to work on the 63 again but just been to busy at work. If you want the case PM me ill sell it to ya and you can send it back to them. I gave them 350 for it

I just bought a 63swc and considering a very similar route. I was looking at Street Shop and the Roadster Shop frame what convinced you to go with SRIII.

Thanks

Because SRIII is the best hands down and Trey from street shop is an *** he never answers the phone and his frame looks very cheap. I didn't see the roadster frame but I like what I got.

I call "BU**SH*T" on the Street Shop chassis.....Mine's looked and performed excellent for over three years....Two Goodguys Builder's Choice and AutoCross Awards....You may be right about Trey's phone etiquette...But the chassis is fine.

BTW....It's been over a year since the last post on this thread and you just now..."got a few new parts today."....????...Project Creep!...

Having used both frames, i will say the SRIII Chassis is far superior!

Not my videos, but something i stumbled upon. SS chassis frame flex
