I'd put some JB Weld or Loctite on the threads and screw it back in. It doesn't require adjustment once correct.

Mike - As long as your original 'T-Handle' is holding the lockout rod securely, you're good to go. Just a heads up but the repro T-handles do not utilize a set screw to hold that rod in place. They will work okay but there will be a bit of work to get them to work right. If you eventually find you need a repro, let me know and I'll fill you on the small mod needed. Here's a pic of the original and repro, the repro being the one with the uniform lockout rod thickness.
