Welcome to the Forum.
Unfortunately, there's no way to know how many Corvettes of any color combination, or combination of options, were built. Chevrolet has no records beyond the total number of each option ordered, and in most cases, the total of each color ordered. The exception is the few Corvettes that were shipped as new cars, to Canada, as GM of Canada does have those records.
All that is known is that there were 4,612 Riverside Red 63's built. There are no published totals for the red interior, or red/red 63's.
By the way, in spite of what the seller may have told you, it's highly unlikely that the knock-offs are original to the car. Generally it's believed that no 63's were ever delivered new with knock-offs, and only a hand full of original knock-offs were sold through Chevrolet parts departments. Sorry.

I was told during the purchase that the rims are Gm issued rims from 1964, due to the fact that the rims produced in 63' all leaked and only a few exist. these are true 64' dated rims that were supposedly issued to the car in 64?? it is a true a/c Unit car, the center console has the pull out for A/C control in top left, the rear windows match the vin and have the "air conditioning" blue label on the window. the heads have a date code of 62' which seems to indicate a sept or oct production date for the car. you guys have already been extremely helpful and i have many photos on my iPhone, have to figure out how to post them!!
Sept or October is way to early for a factory AC car. What is the vin number and build date on the trim tag and further more what is on the trim tag
Air didn't become available until April 63. It's possible that glass from September or October 62, as well as 1962 heads, got installed in a Corvette built in April 63 or later, but a little unlikely.
On the trim tag, as part of the "Trim" code, will be a 3 number code for the interior color, as well as a one or two letter ECL code. The ECL code will give you some idea of what options were originally installed on your car.
A set of 64 knock-offs, obviously wouldn't be correct for a 63 car, but if they are a set of real GM knock-offs, they're still quite desirable, valuable, and worth having. There seems to be some debate as to why 63 KO's never actually went into production, but porosity of the aluminum wheel does seem to be the most common reason given. Though not "technically" correct on a 63, knock-offs look good on any mid-year Corvette.
