I think I can rule out drugs. That took several days to do, and one can’t stay high & ‘on track’ long enough to finish that quagmire.
It’s likely a case of a rich guy who meets some young babe who is an ‘artist’ and he allows her to apply her ‘art’ on ‘something’.
