Default My new hard top

I still have to locate and drill the holes for the mounts. But I think they did a nice job matching the paint.

Yes, you did. That looks killer. I put my hardtop back on my '61 about a year and a half ago, and it's been on ever since. I like the look of these early cars better with it on. Great job!

I agree! Can't explain it, but I have always thought the same. It's classic! Dennis

I love the way the hardtop looks on the earlier cars. I have a 64 roadster but am still lurking around looking for 61/62

I also love the look of the hardtop. Just sent mine off last week for a restore and I've never had it on since it wasn't in good shape. I know I have a long wait but I hope it will be worth it.

Looks fantastic. Tempted to restore mine but then ever being able to get in the car gracefully would end.

Hit my head NUMEROUS times getting in and out with my hardtop on...But I have to admit there is nothing like the classic look of a C1 with a hardtop.

Would you sell the top in its present condition and if so how much would you take for it? Reggie

Ya, but you hit your head on the softop side rails too don't you? It's just that those stainless side molding hurt more. '

You're going to love driving with the top on....it's like a whole new car.

Oh it is tempting... I think I am going to keep it for a bit longer...I figure since I have it I should hang on to it with the car. Plexi and rubber are shot but rest is pretty good.
