The engine that came with the car is not the original. But it is a 64 double bumped 327. Took the intake and pan off looks to be fairly fresh. Crower cam 445 lift. I think I want to run a solid flat tappet. Probably 9.5 to 1. Any cam suggestions

How hot do you want it? I'd decide what your use looks like. What transmission you want to run and what gear you plan to use. That will let you make the right cam choice.

3.36 and the wide ratio Muncie I'd look at the 350/327 cam if you want a vintage grind. The Isky or Comp 270 for a later hydraulic flat tappet. I don't like the ultra-fast ramp "extreme energy" grinds for longevity.

For a solid lifter cam lots of guys like the LT1 piece. If hydraulic, the L79 grind is a popular choice.

Great score on the six- four!

Didn't GM have an off road grind? Or maybe an Experimental?
