I've never found a spec on the exhaust extensions but I remember a post by JohnZ years ago, saying it wasn't critical and the tips were generally an inch or two forward of the rear edge of the bumper. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...aust-tips.html

I use the down-slash portion of the L & R bumpers & align the tips' angle cuts with that edge -- viewed from side/90*. This uses an existing styling feature & the angles are quite similar.
