I see company's now are offering a faster processing fee. Their normal process is three to four days BUT if you want it shipped faster out their door you can pay more. Another scheme to put money in their pockets for basically doing nothing.

I have not read that ZIP held a gun to anyone's head. The LIC folks apparently sold out of their own free will. So the choices may have been LIC shuts down, liquidates and disappears, or ZIP buys them out and hopefully keeps some or all of their items for sale. I think any "pissed off" would be directed at LIC for deciding to cease their operation, not at ZIP for picking up the pieces.

I think this thread has accomplished its original goal of determining if LIC was still open, who owns them now and offered the side benefit of another discussion about shipping costs.
