Zano, you'll prob need to remove the top ignition shield to see the casting date.
Take a flashlight and from above look down right near the distributor. My May car casting date is E63 for an example.
I messed up and parked it under another car. Can't get the hood high enough to latch and take good pictures
and weather is to bad to put in a different bay.
If I were you, I would not park such an oil-drip inducer above my split window. So just send that ancient British hulk to me and it will cease to limit access to the Vette’s engine compartment…
LOL! You're right , That's why I have pans from front to back. Not taking any chances.
I’m reminded of the day that the Lucas coil of my business partner’s MGB somehow burst, resulting in a PCB puddle much more comprehensive than the normal four-inch wide pool of oil on the white epoxy floor under that POS Brit. If you don’t want to have to clean the Vette with a hazmat suit on, park it above the Jag.

He has to keep it on top as the Lucas electrics in it never crank or start half the time....
All In jest here, from what I could see it looks like its a stunning car....
Malcolm Konner Chevrolet did the work on the car. And that's where the rf engine came from. He told me he had all kind of receipts from that dealer that he got from the gentleman he purchased it from. But moving his mother through them away. Does anyone know if this dealer is still around. And would they have records from 1960s. Thanks Zane

Malcolm Konner went out of business about 30 years ago. Malcolm passed and his kids took over the business. They sold it to GM and now it's a super Chevy dealership on Rt 17 in Paramus, New Jersey. I doubt they have any records from the 60's. Look them up and give a call.
I know everyone is infatuated the history of their car, but there is not much to gain even if they had the records…….which they don’t .
The car, especially as you describe it, will tell you its history, including what engine was originally installed and how many miles have been put on it. These cars all leave visual clues as to their past. It is best if you join NCRS and really study these cars. You will gain much more knowledge than some old papers saying who bought the car…..unless Elvis or Johnny Cash etc….owned it……
Fantastic, now start attending some meets, chapter, regional and eventuality national. Attend judging sessions and find some knowledgeable people….this takes time…there are many different changes in the 63 model year.
