Ar least those 36 people that voted care...
Now go to the Z06 section and post to ask what floor mats you should get for your new Z06!

If someone posts their numbers, there will be technical questions about what they're running and a technical discussion is sure to follow.

Maybe, but not always. But the posting of ET/dyno numbers in itself is NOT a technical/performance post. If a person HAS a technical question like "why do my ETs suck" or "why do my dyno numbers read so low", then those questions SHOULD be posted in the tech area. A question about what a person is "running" isn't necessarily a tech question. Most folks post all that BS in their signature line anyway.

hmmmm.. isn't there the word performance?? If it would be just C3 Tech, I would agree, but it is Tech/Performance...
I shared details on my setup in the Tech/Performance section, but now I only get to post the results of that in the General section??

Olivier: It depends on HOW you post the info. If you have a thread already started about the tech details of your setup, then posting to that thread the results of that setup is certainly appropriate. But starting a new thread that ONLY posts your ET results with nothing else would just be a General post.
Tricky ain't it?

Well - my main reason that I want to post it there is because the people that I shared all the details about what I did to my car to make it go that fast.. It's like telling one group of people what you did and another group what the results were
