Default Should Performance related posts...

...like dyno results and drag strip times be allowed in the Tech/Performance section, or should they exclusively be kept in C3 General?

IMHO - those are threads directly related to mods etc. And therefore should be in the Tech/Performance section... What do you think?

I think if it is just the times or numbers run then it should be in General.

But if it has a tech question related into it like how to get better numbers or times, then it should be in Tech.

The main issue is that many people stay almost exclusively in Tech or General.
Now you make a post about your new engine etc. In Tech, but the people in Tech will never get to see the performance with that engine because it'll be in C3 General...

I agree with CrossedFlags...if it's just a post saying "here's the latest times I turned with my Vette", it should be in general section. Nothing tech about that.

If it's a post saying "my times went down/up after making these mods, any suggestions to help me out?", then it should be in Tech. If you want
to post your latest times then you can stick them in your signature (which you already do).

Yikes! We'll need a road map to find stuff!!!

Let's stay with the KISS principle....
Drag racing forum isn't much help for C3 owners, as most of those who post there are C5 guys. If there is a TECH question about how to improve drag race performance, put it in tech. Drag racing times and dyno results are just bragging unless you are using them to ask a question about changes made from modifications. Leave them in general.

Better cross-posting than cross-dressing, right, Corz?

Unless the thread also has a question or is showing how a modification improved the run or dyno test, then it should be in the general section along with the pictures of new wheels.
Driving down a 1/4 mile strip and getting a time slip does not have much to do with performance modifacation or technical questions, I can do that with my almost stock L-48; except it would be a lot more boring.
I don't mean to offensive as I do read almost all your threads.

Compromise, just post it in Off Topic!!

I would say if you have the original engine in your vette it belongs in the tech/performance section. If you have NOM it goes in general.

Since the post is about "performance" and tech/performance forum should include these type of posts.
