Well if's official. Hurricane Katrine got my vette with about 3 ft of water. I'll try to post some pics later. It looks like a mess. I have more things to worry about before I decide what to do with it, Like fine a place to live. Oh well at least all my family is safe. Just wanted to kill some time here. Good luck everyone. robert

Sorry to hear about you car and your home..... I know a lot of people on the coast have a lot on thier minds... Good Luck!
Mother nature can be very unforgiving..Thank GOD that your family is safe...
My sister in law went thru the same ordeal as you did. She lost her home and cars as well.
I thought that your car was absolutley gorgeous. SO I hope that it will be easily restored to the same condition or better than it was. I wish you the best.
I too live in an area that is frequently the recipient of storm damage. Guam is in a typhoon alley that sees three or four typhoons a year. So our homes are built to withstand 175 + mph winds. A few years ago, one of my vettes took a direct hit from part of a garage roof that was torn off by Category 4 winds. I still have not completed the restoration. But in due time, she will be back on the streets.
