Why leave a note....with all that dust just write it on the windshield!
Maybe you can find out the owners name from the rental space, or have them contact the owner and leave your number. You never know what might happen. They could want way too much for it....or they could just want to unload it. Its obvious it has not moved much.
Looks like a street light or one of the residental versions.
Cool find, currently there is a bunch of guys looking through the Wylie phone book for a self storage business. Keep the location quiet until you contact this person, if the price is to high for you broker it and make some cash.
Chances are you are not going be able to steal it. If the owner didn't give a damm about the car, it would be sitting in a field along side of 3' weeds. The car will not be any worse 20 years from now than it is now. Some lucky person will inherit the car. That's the time to see if you can steal it.
should be a 61 if my c1 skillz havent gone to complete hell? wire grill infront and 61 style markings in the side coves? id love to get my hands on that baby - Bob
If I didn't see you were from TX, I would have guessed this was somewhere near Mt. Saint Helens. From where you can see the paint it looks like it's in good shape, nice color. Good luck with the detective work
true the front end is sitting high, but it has big rear meats, it may have been given that stance for racing back in the day, could still have the motor in it
The motor is sitting behind the car. The is something resting on top of the motor so you can't tell if its a fuelie or not, but how cool would that be.
The picture should work, its hosted through Photobucket.
