Let it go, its not worth the effort.

Some people dislike anyone having fun, or enjoying life - no matter how hard they worked for it. Don't let em bring you down.

Vette on!

That being said, since they are being so unreasonable, do you really want to keep on dealing with them over a broken trim piece? I would just buy a new one and let it go. If you are that pissed then contact the BBB and let them know about your experience with these idiots.

Your first mistake was not telling those low-lifes to take a hike when you heard the comments.

Don't worry about it but Voice your opinion to the BBB. It might help someone else.

too late to do anything now....next time just send them on there way if the attitude comes out.....reminds me that last week i stopped for sub sandwich, i order a sub and a girl starts to make the snadwich cuts the roll in half, at the same time one of the workers (a guy) comes out of the bath room with a mop in his hand and goes into the kitchen area and then comes out and squirsts some handsantizer on his hands, tells me it will be $7 and takes my money and gives me change. he squirts some more hand sanitizer on his hands and starts to put the lettuce on the top of my sandwich..... I said " wait a minute guy you just came out of the bath room carrying a mop, i can't handle you making my sandwich", he replies "what i washed my hands and used hand sanitizer twice", my reply " Your grossing me out man", his retort " what you want her to make the sandwich with a new top"...my reply "YES"! he grumbled something under his breath and walked away.... i left the girl a $2 tip
