Ouch, my 75 L-48 is an easy target.. I got beat by a V-6 accord once. Hence the 427 upgrade. I don't think my super T10 is a crappy trans though. I can never seem to fit in with C5/C6 guys conversations cause' I don't know much about car wax.

We should start a thread about who is able to fix there car and do modifications to them by themselves the best. Id like to see a C6 guy change a spark plug. Although not all of them are like that

I don't feel bad, most C5/C6 owners are balding, gold chain wearing, members only jacket/driv9ing glove wearing, driving 10mph UNDER the speed limit in the left lane types.

Even though I'm not a big fan of the C4s, we can all be thankfull that when GM got to that fork in the road, they went with a V8 only option. The mustang lost all credibility from then on with a 4 cly in the early 80's! I think that was a dividing point for American cars.
