Default Seat Tracks

Anyone know how to take apart the seat tracks? I removed the seat yesterday, and would like to bead blast and clean the tracks. Also the front mounts are broken off so will need to be replaced. Any advice is appreciated. I fiddled with it some yesterday, but couldnt figure out how to seperate the 2 pieces.

Thanks for the advice, but I do need to take them apart. I need to get access to remove/replace the front mounting brackets.

The front mounting bracket can be replaced without disassembly of the track. I think you will loose the ball bearings if you disassemble.

Okay, well heading out and gonna pick up vinegar and then soak em. Hope all works well, will have to search parts catalog to get the front brackets, doubt they're very common. Thanks for the advice from both of you!
