I bet he got tired of re-winding the barbeque hose every time he went to the store.

The car itself ""

Then engine set up (if it does what he says) if kind of interesting. I would never do it, butif he can make 500hp with propane ...that is neat.

I don't think it was built for Saturday night cruising.. That's got to be just for racing. Besides when is the last time you saw a propane explosion ? Usually leaves just a smoking hole in the ground. And when was the last time you filled your tank for the barbecue, wonder what that would cost, not to mention not many propane stations around..And take note , these are not criticisms, just questions to consider IMHO

A decent engineering effort to be sure, but then he ruins it by ricing out the rest of the car. Velvet seats, a wing, and dual quad exhaust.

That's awesome! And I like the hood. Could you do something like that with natural gas? That'd be a sure-fire way to stick your middle finger up at Exxon and Mobil.

I would just get rid of the 32 tail pipes...

Thumbs up on the propane conversion, but it's just not the right car to do it to. You need to have Gas/Propane toggle if you're going to run propane on a street ride because every now and then you can't afford or can't find a fuel source on a dedicated vehicle and there just isn't room in a vette for another tank.

I can't even give him that much flack for the body style, in some ways it's more subtle than most of the outlandish kits out there except for the tailpipes... I have NO idea what he's smoking there.
