Yes I use anti seize on all the Stainless bolts that go into the motor. As far as torque on them, they are Allen head bolts. Being on an alluminum intake into aluminim heads they do not require a huge torque on them. Yes the head is small 7/32 allen wrench but if you are careful you can get enough torque on them. I even use Stainless on the header bolts. Not button heads but standard socket head bolts. The paint on the motor is just standard Chevy orange from a rattle can. Nothing special.
vroom vroom......looks good, what are those tapped holes on the side of the Demon for? are those mounting locations for vacuum secondaries? I have the vacuum secondaries so i'm guessing thats why i have never noticed those before

Bob, none of the holes on the Mighty Demon are tapped. I think they probably use this main body for a variety of applications and the holes are cast in. Obviously the Mighty Demon has no choke and this one is a double pumper so the holes are not used.
